"I had a terrible experience with State farm and this insurance agent firm. They termed my auto insurance without sending emails or calling me for the reason. I was not aware of my auto insurance termed for close to 2 months. Very unprofessional behavior in terms of communications."
"Hi Javed, just replying to your review. As soon as I was informed there was an issue with your account (Saturday), you and I spoke on the phone (Monday morning), I spoke to our corporate office and your auto insurance was reinstated immediately. The error did not originate from my office, and I called and texted you immediately to resolve the issue. I was very thorough and did not delay in communicating with you personally. I tried to get your premium waived during the time your policy was showing inactive as a courtesy but was unable to because it was reinstated as if it was never inactive. I understand this is a bit frustrating, just want to make it clear there was no delay in response/communication from my office, there was no lapse in coverage, and I resolved your account as soon as I was aware. Also, we had an easy, pleasant conversation Monday morning - after you wrote this review. In the future, please give me a chance to address any issues before leaving reviews like this - Kam "

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I have dealt with many insurance agencies, and I can honestly say that this has by far been one of my best experiences yet! The customer service is impeccable! I’ve never dealt with agents that take the time to actually listen to and identify your needs, and not just trying to make a sale. "HONEST REVIEW: EDIT TO AN HONEST REVIEW Finally free from this hell hole of an insurance agent office. Even in the last of it, they lady I spoke with today had to belittle me acting as if I didn't know how things were supposed to go. If you go with statefarm, please don't choose this office despite the rating they have (Google allows you to pay to have bad reviews removed) It's just bad service. Had issues the entire time I was with them. (6/12/24) Review from 10/23 I know everyone has their own experience, but I have had nothing but issue after issue with this office. Make sure you drill them on all the details and be sure to stay on top of the communication yourself. If you don't they will not make the effort to keep you informed. Took months to get my policy worked out, with phone calls, emails, and texting. There was even a period where no one was answering the phone nor returning my calls I was told one price and then charge another, when I called to question I was told they were sorry that I was mis informed but this is how it goes. I will say they are polite as they can be, I did get the vibe she was super annoyed though about it. However, giving out mis information and then simply just saying sorry isn't really not cool. "Again we are sorry for the misinformation but there's nothing we can do." Another review 10/23/23 Got an email saying my premium was going up. The email was super misleading. No dates given no monthly info given (which is how I pay) just a generalized this is how much you'll be going up and not when it was happening. Had to call the office. Had to ask 3 different ways to get an actual answer. I will be going to a new insurance company. I've tried really hard to give this office a shot but they drop the ball constantly. Like I said, everyone has their own experience. I'm not knocking any of the other reviews this is just mine. I'll finish out my policy and most likely switch agencies."

"Called them to cancel my policy and they assured me that they canceled and I didn't need to do anything but I was charged after 10 dayq for my next month. I reached out to state farm hotline just to find that they never cancelled my policy when I asked them to. *** Reply*** No I have a different name in file. Please DM me if you want to discuss this issue further because I couldn't get hold of the agent from Kameren Nelson today and the agent that I spoke to today made a note for you guys too to contact me tomorrow after the office opens."
